Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our accommodations and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Pay: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience)
Timings: Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays
